Despite the great location and comfortable rooms, the hotel's living area was found to be dirty.

We had a fantastic stay at these apartments. The location was perfect - close to everything, between two tube lines, and in a very quiet area. The room was beautiful and the beds were heavenly. The staff were friendly and Sara was especially helpful. The continental breakfast was very good and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. a great experience!

The cleaning service could be improved, as they only clean the rooms three days a week and the job was not so great.

Another advantage was that the apartment had a bidet shower, great for me as a Muslim traveler. Lastly, the size of the apartment was larger compared to other European style apartments, a pleasant surprise. the location and amenities provided were the best aspects of my stay.
